All services are subject to my Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy, which are available upon request or at the time of booking. Payment is due in full prior to or at the time of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. If you attempt to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the service.
7a. Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy
At Amba Holistics, I strive to provide high-quality holistic healing services while maintaining transparency regarding payment and cancellations. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to the following payment terms and cancellation policy.

Payment Methods: I accept the following forms of payment:
Payment Due: Payment is due in full prior to or at the time of the service unless otherwise agreed. For packages or multi-session bookings, payment may be required upfront, depending on the service.
Receipts and Invoices: A receipt or invoice will be provided upon request after payment is received.
Late Payments: If payment is not received in full on the day of the service, I may charge a late fee or reschedule your appointment.
7c. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This gives me enough time to offer the appointment to another client.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full fee for the session. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for missed appointments.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time to ensure that other clients are not delayed. If the session is significantly shortened due to your late arrival, no discount or refund will be provided.
Emergency Cancellations: If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. In such cases, I will do my best to reschedule your session without penalty, but this is at my discretion.
Special Circumstances (For Packages/Multiple Sessions)
Package Refunds: For clients who purchase packages or multiple sessions, any cancellations made after the first session will not result in a refund. However, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Unused Sessions: Sessions in a package must be used within a certain period. For example, if a package includes five sessions, all sessions must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period may expire without refund.

I reserve the right to modify or update my Payment and Cancellation Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on my website, and you will be notified accordingly. Continued use of my services after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
