The services provided by Amba Holistics are holistic healing services that focus on improving overall well-being through alternative and complementary therapies. These services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure specific diseases or medical conditions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your healthcare provider immediately or seek emergency medical assistance.

2. Services Provided

I offer a variety of holistic healing services including but not limited to:

• Reiki healing
• Crystal healing
• Crystal facial massage
• House/ space clearings

Each of these services is designed to promote relaxation, personal well-being, and balance but is not intended to replace conventional medical treatment.

3. Client Responsibility

By using my services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for providing accurate health information and updating me regarding any changes that may affect the treatment or services I provide.
• You understand the nature of the services offered and their holistic focus, and you acknowledge that results may vary from person to person.
• You will consult with a healthcare provider if you have any concerns about your health or treatment options before starting or continuing any holistic practices.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

I respect your privacy and confidentiality. I take measures to protect your personal information as outlined in my Privacy Policy. However, by using my services, you understand that while I take every precaution, no system or service is completely risk-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amba Holistics disclaim any and all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to any adverse reactions, physical discomfort, or emotional distress that may result from your participation in holistic healing practices.

By agreeing to use my services, you waive any claims against Amba Holistics, its employees, agents, contractors, or affiliates, and agree to hold them harmless from any liability.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While holistic healing can offer significant benefits for physical and emotional well-being, results are not guaranteed. Every individual is unique, and the outcomes of my services may vary. I do not promise or guarantee specific results, improvements, or healing outcomes from the use of my services.

7. Payment and Cancellation

All services are subject to my Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy, which are available upon request or at the time of booking. Payment is due in full prior to or at the time of the service, unless otherwise agreed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I request that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. If you attempt to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the service.

7a. Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

At Amba Holistics, I strive to provide high-quality holistic healing services while maintaining transparency regarding payment and cancellations. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to the following payment terms and cancellation policy.

7b. Payment Terms

Payment Methods: I accept the following forms of payment:

• Credit and debit cards
• Cash
• Bank transfers and payments through this website powered by Booking Press

Payment Due: Payment is due in full prior to or at the time of the service unless otherwise agreed. For packages or multi-session bookings, payment may be required upfront, depending on the service.

Receipts and Invoices: A receipt or invoice will be provided upon request after payment is received.

Late Payments: If payment is not received in full on the day of the service, I may charge a late fee or reschedule your appointment.

7c. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This gives me enough time to offer the appointment to another client.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will not be eligible for a refund.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full fee for the session. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for missed appointments.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end at the scheduled time to ensure that other clients are not delayed. If the session is significantly shortened due to your late arrival, no discount or refund will be provided.

Emergency Cancellations: If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. In such cases, I will do my best to reschedule your session without penalty, but this is at my discretion.

Special Circumstances (For Packages/Multiple Sessions)

Package Refunds: For clients who purchase packages or multiple sessions, any cancellations made after the first session will not result in a refund. However, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Unused Sessions: Sessions in a package must be used within a certain period. For example, if a package includes five sessions, all sessions must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period may expire without refund.

7d. Changes to Policy

I reserve the right to modify or update my Payment and Cancellation Policy at any time. All changes will be posted on my website, and you will be notified accordingly. Continued use of my services after changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on my website, including text, images, logos, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Amba Holistics and is protected by copyright law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written permission from me.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services
