Hi, I’m Milli, the founder of Amba Holistics. I am a Reiki and Crystal Healing Practitioner, and my journey into the world of holistic healing has been both personal and transformative.

From a young age, I felt an innate connection to crystals and the mystical energies of the world around me. As I grew older and faced significant health challenges, I discovered the life-changing power of Holistic Health. It was during this time that I truly began to understand the importance of looking at health as a whole – mind, body and spirit – and it was through Reiki and Crystal Healing that I found healing and restoration.

I hold Reiki Level 1 and Reiki Level 2 certifications, which allow me to channel healing energy to assist others on their path to balance and wellness. Additionally, I have earned a Diploma in the Art of Crystal Healing, which enables me to work with the natural energies of crystals to help promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing.

In addition to my formal training, I also volunteered with SHOUT, a service that supports individuals in mental health crises. Through this experience, I helped people navigating some of their most difficult moments, providing emotional support and listening with compassion. I learned a great deal from this role, such as the importance of empathy, active listening, and creating a safe space for individuals to express themselves. This experience motivated me even more to want to help others using the skills I’ve learned through Reiki and Crystal Healing, enabling me to assist people in a holistic and healing way.

Being highly sensitive, I’ve always been able to feel and absorb the energies of others, which, at times, led to burnout and fear. Over the years, I’ve learned to harness the Universal Life Force Energy to nurture myself, and I now use this knowledge to help others who may be experiencing similar challenges as well as those who are seeking energy medicine for a different reason.

At Amba Holistics, my mission is to share the gifts and wisdom I’ve learned on my journey. Whether you’re seeking healing for specific issues or looking for a deeper connection to your energy, I’m here to guide you. My goal is to create a harmonious space where we can work together to raise your vibrational frequency and help you reconnect to your true, balanced self.

Everything in this world is a frequency and when our frequencies are out of sorts, we are dis-eased (we are not at ease). When we are not at ease, our frequency shifts and we can feel disconnected or unwell.
